Occultfest was a blast. Despite the bad weather a lot of people showed up. Thanks all for coming! Check the pictures at myspace.

We have been away for a while and written a huge load of new songs. They worked out great. In fact we will start with the recordings of the successor “Mental Surgery” in the end of this year. More about that later.

Now Jarno and Kevin (guitarist and drummer, respectively) are a part of the line-up for a while we can say that the writing proces is very prosperous. The new songs have the same basis as our debut, but are more often in top gear. Groove and melodies in the songs are much further developed. We can say that the total sound of the songs are much more varied with a wink to old school black and death metal. Completing with the hooks you would expect of Murder Manifest.

Anne left the band. Search for a new bassplayer

Unfortunately during the writing proces bassplayer Anne left the band. She has left the band for a sabbatical and has quit music for further notice. Anne will hopefully play one or two final shows!

This brings us directly to the following: Are you the new bass player who joins us and get his / her share on the new album? Some good (inter) national shows are being planned.
